As specialists in onsite training, all our courses can be tailored to suit your requirements. Personal training manuals and samples exercise files are provided and we can also supply laptops if necessary, so that you all you need is a suitable office.

Our on-site daily rate is £400 for 1-3 delegates, 450 for 4-6 and £500 for 7-10. These rates are fully inclusive, we do not charge travelling or other hidden expenses. We have provided a quick and convenient online booking form to arrange your training session. Please note that you will not be invoiced until completion of the course.
